About the event
EPIC ART INTRODUCTION TO DIGITAL PHOTOGRAPHY (GRADES 3-5) is a magical way to allow students of any age to explore learning and to expand their creativity. In this class, young artists will develop their photographic eye and personal aesthetic as they explore both inside and outside the classroom through individual and collaborative exercises. We will explore how to see from different perspectives, draw inspiration from the elements of art, historical images and photographers. EPIC BOOKMAKING is a super engaging final project for this class! Students will be introduced to a simple book binding method as an expressive extension and an ongoing story of their visual art. Note to Parents: We will ask you to email or upload 4-6 images for your students' book in May, details to follow.

At Epic, we teach as a whole group, and then break up into small groups for guided instruction and individual support.
