Service Description
Welcome to Mixed Media Wednesdays, for child(ren) 6-11yrs., is a 2-hour creative adventure that provides a weekly in-depth opportunity to explore various art techniques, materials and tools! During this 4- week class, we focus on one (1) main multilayered project that includes, learning and reinforcing basic elements of art as well as historical and/or current art influencers. JANUARY: We will create a beautiful Pacific Northwest Assemblage Landscape on Canvas! We will work with various paints, textures, and paper to create our layered landscape before adding our 3-D tent and bear elements. Did I mention this glows? This is a keepsake! Make room on that wall at home! This multiage class is also a great social experience and opportunity to share ideas, brainstorm as a class, and make bigger decisions about personal artwork.
