Service Description
Pottery TUESDAYS is an incredibly fun studio class whether you are a beginner or a more experienced student, to explore, make, and play with clay! This class teaches and practices the art of hand building that includes, slab rolling, coiling, slump work, pinch pot design, and how to successfully attach clay-to-clay. MAY PROJECT We will travel to the world of everyone's favorite Studio Gihbli anime character Totoro, from My Neighbor Totoro, to create a clay Totoro and his enchanting woodland friends! Artists will use their imagination to make sweet small creature friends and create a mini woodland scene that may include materials such as wood, wire, paint, faux grass. I cannot wait to see what the kids will make! DETAILS Tuition is $35. per 90-min class / 4-5:30PM / 4-week session – includes all materials such as clay, glaze, additional artful materials + kiln firing costs. There is 10% SIBLING only discount code: EPICSIB2021. Please snack your mini me BEFORE class, masks UP and NO FOOD. If you need to send water, the break will be outside the studio-making area (with my watchful eye), thank you!
