Service Description

Epic Artists that want to experience a magical hands-on summer camp, this is for you! Our young makers will step into camp imagining, envisioning, sketching, planning, drawing, designing, and creatively constructing a masterpiece treehouse. Artists will have the opportunity to add real or imaginary people and critters, a story naturally, and varied interior and exterior design elements like mushrooms and motes, moving parts like ladders or swings, all the while exploring wood, items from nature, loads of paint, faux plants, paper mache, upcycled supplies, clay, mixed-media materials, and more! With our nature theme we will also explore twig weaving & botanical relief prints! The imaginative make, play, and print possibilities are endless, and this treehouse is priceless! CELEBRATION & AWARD CEREMONY On Thursday, please join us at 2:30PM to celebrate our Epic Artists' hard work with a gallery walk and a faux campfire with s'more treats! PLEASE BRING WITH YOU TO CAMP • Wear a mask & bring another mask; if not disposable, please wash every day. • Snacks, lunch, & labeled water bottle. • Please read our Epic Policies in regard to our nut-free studio. • Clothes & shoes for getting artfully messy. • Pre-applied sunscreen and/or cap as you see fit for outside activities. MULTIAGE ART EDUCATION Epic Art supports multi-age art classrooms and has found that both younger and older students thrive in this type of creative, positive, and collaborative atmosphere, which can lead to endless opportunities for learning for all students. At Epic, we teach as a whole group, and then break up into small groups for guided instruction and individual support. Our pace is dictated by our Epic students and our mission is to ignite imaginations & support each students’ voice and vision.
