Details & Policies specific to Nano Academy @ Blakely Hall

Health & Safety

​

  • Epic Art will promote healthy hygiene practices such as regular hand washing, require face coverings for all students and guests, and encourage physical distancing inside the building through either increased spacing (large tables) and/or small groups when feasible.

  • Blakely Hall will be providing daily cleaning. Epic Art will clean high-touched surfaces and tools, daily.

  • Arriving with masks on, temperature check & symptom health screening on each child, and parent, if & when entering the building per the recommended CDC guidelines.

  • Anyone symptomatic, we ask that you keep us all safe & stay home.

  • Health updates or policy modifications, families will be notified. If there are any family cases or concerns please contact Info@Epic-Art.com or call/text (425) 389-0462, immediately. If case exists, we will consult with our local health authorities on how to proceed.

 

Registration & Tuition Payments

​

  • Online registration begins on the 1st of each month; however, families can join anytime at a caluclated prorated fee.

  • Once registered, you will receive a confirmation email that your student is enrolled for this ongoing semester-long class.

  • Registration commits you to a spot for the entire Fall 2020 term unless you inform me otherwise.

  • Once your registration payment is cleared, tuition payments will be automatically deducted no later than the 25th of each month prior to the start of class. If your schedul changes, I will need to know by 24th of each month without accruing charges.

  • You will be billed EQUAL monthly payments each month.

  • If your preferred class is full, please email Info@Epic-Art.com to be added to a class waiting list. Our waitlist is first come, first serve and you will be notified when a spot becomes available.

  • At Blakely Hall, a minimum of 4x students per class is required. If you have registered and class does not mee the minimum, I will reach out to you for a credit or refund, your choice. 

 

Schedule

​

  • We will follow Issaquah School District calendar for Fall 2020.

  • If school is closed, Nano Academy & Blakely Hall are also closed.

 

Change of Schedule or Withdrawal Pertaining to Nano Academy

​

  • If your schedule changes and you withdrawal from class, please email your notifcation to Epic-Art.com by the 24th of any month. I will need to know by the 24th of each month as for some, auto deduct is on the 25th. After 25th, a refund, minus $25 processing fee.

Late Pick Up Fee

​

  • There will be a 10-min grace period at the end of class.

  • After grace period, your credit card will be charged, $10 per minute.

 

WHAT TO BRING & WEAR TO CLASS

​

  • Please wear: A mask, clothes for getting creatively messy (some materials do stain).

  • Please bring: A backpack or bag, labeled + filled water bottle, light dry snacks (nothing wet), personal hand- sanitizer, appropriate jacket and/or pre-applied sunscreen and/or hat, seasonally appropriate shoes. Personal items will be set 6-feet apart, daily.

  • Do not bring: Electronics, money, expensive clothing, shoes or toys.

 

Code of Conduct

​

  • Certain limitations and guidelines will be set in order to have a successful program for all participants. If a student is having continued adjustment problems and is unwilling or unable to abide by class rules or threatens the safety of another person, parents will be contacted to pick up their child. Epic Art reserves the right to remove a child from Nano Academy program if problems persist.
