Heartwood Hideaway

Service Description

Come build with us at Heartwood Hideaway — a cozy, adventurous project for Mini Makers (ages 4–6), where our beloved tree trunk becomes home to a tiny hideaway for woodland creature friends. We’ll build in layers all week, painting, sculpting, and adding tactile, sensory-loving textures as it comes to life. This is our cozy-home build — we spend more time on the interior details (wallpaper/textiles, bedding, handmade tables, lights, windows) to make the trunk feel lived-in, then finish the outside with foresty touches, a welcoming door, and a tree limb swing. When camp is over, the invitation to play isn’t — this hideaway keeps the stories and imaginative play going long after camp ends. Epic Art provides a nut-free snack and drink each day. Please send a refillable water bottle, and dress for the artful mess — no new or special outfits.
